We are a industrial manufacturing company with an in-house engineering team that can go from idea conception and design to manufacturing with an on-site stainless and steel tank fabrication machine shop and assembly plant. By working in-house, our team is able to produce products faster and of better quality and be a clear advantage to our customers. As we continue to grow we are looking for a VP of Sales and Marketing to help lead a small team and build out our growth strategies for the future.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Understand and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies and marketing methods for growth and target KPIs
  • Lead business development initiatives and grow and build new relationships with OEMs, engineering firms and manufacturing reps
  • Develop strategies to insure product and manufacturing teams can meet customer demand
  • Work to build customer relationships, satisfaction and loyalty programs
  • Partner with the marketing team in aligning online marketing strategies with sales focuses
  • Manage budget allocation for all marketing channels
  • Oversee sales team members in both the Ohio and Indiana locations and a collective sales goals
